Body Snatchers (1993)
written by Stuart Gordon, Dennis Paoli, & Nicholas St. John, screenstory by Raymond Cistheri and Larry Cohen, based on the novel by Jack Finney

"Carol Malone": (on the phone) Seven fifty nine. Sector C.
Steve Malone (Terry Kinney): Carol! We gotta go! We gotta get out of here! We gotta go right now!
"Carol": Listen to me, Steve.
Steve: No, you don't understand! We gotta go!
"Carol": Go ... where?
Steve: No, we gotta go, what the hell are you talking about?
"Carol": Steve, this is important. Go where? ... That's right. Go where? What happened in your room -- are you listening? -- what happened in your room is not an isolated incident. It is something that is happening everywhere, to everyone. So - where you gonna go? Where you gonna run? Where you gonna hide? Nowhere. Because there's no one... like you ... left. That's right.
Steve: Oh god.
"Carol": That's right. That's good, listening now, that's very good. Okay, now, I know you're frightened, Steve. I know you're scared. That's okay. I understand that. You're confused. Let me tell you somethin', Steve. Let me tell you -- all that anger, all that fear, all that confusion is gonna melt away, it's going to go away, Steve, it's going to go away and go to sleep, wake up, it's very simple, in the morning, you'll wake up and feel wonderful and we'll be together, more connected, more close...
Marti Malone (Gabrielle Anwar): Dad! Dad!
Steve: (pushing his former wife away) Get away from me! Get away from my kids!
(Steve, his teenage daughter Marti, and his young son run out of the house, Carol follows and emits the famous "pod person" alien scream, alerting the hundreds of others on the base.)
